REFUND & RETURN POLICY - INKED

Because our products are temporary tattoos that touch the skin, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened.

1. UNOPENED PRODUCTS - You have 14 days under EU law to return unopened, sealed packages. You pay return shipping. Email us first at [your email].

2. OPENED / USED PRODUCTS - Cannot be returned or refunded. This is allowed by EU Directive 2011/83 Article 16(e) - sealed hygiene products.

3. DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM - If you receive damaged tattoos or wrong design, contact us within 48h with photos. We will replace for free or refund 100%, we pay shipping.

4. HOW TO REQUEST RETURN

5. REFUNDS - Processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the product.

6. SALE ITEMS - Final sale, no return unless damaged.
